How does the free trial work?
Sign up, pick a plan, get your AU landline. Free for 14 days or your first 10 Callouts, whichever comes first. Cancel anytime in the dashboard, no exit fees.
What counts as a Callout?
A unique inbound conversation, either a voice call or a chat session. Repeat customers in the same week count as one Callout.
Do I need to port my number?
Nope. We give you a dedicated AU landline that you forward your existing number to. Customers see no change. You can port later if you'd like.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. We'll prorate the difference automatically.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no hidden add-ons.
What if I go over my Callout allowance?
We'll keep answering. Overage is $2.50 per Callout, billed at the end of the month.
